    I work as a intern reference librarian for the AskON service, a project of Knowledge Ontario. In that role, I assist post-secondary students across Ontario and as well as the general public with a wide range of questions and research needs. In addition, I do information management consulting projects when the opportunity comes up. My most recent conference presentation was in Edmonton, Alberta in June 2010 where I presented on net neutrality.I have previously made presentations on the history of British libraries and other topics.

    My educational background combines history, political science and research skills. I earned my Hon BA degree at the University of Toronto, my MA degree in history at the University of Western Ontario and my Master of Information Studies degree at the University of Toronto.

    My hobbies and interests include travel, trains, history, politics, economics, social science, technology and social media. I love learning and regularly explore new fields of knowledge.
